MUYOBOKE Daniel CPA®, MBA, CRA, CFIP
Mr. Daniel Muyoboke is a certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). He is also a Chartered Risk Analyst and a Certified Forensic and Investigation Professional. Currently, Daniel serves as finance lead at Bleat Ltd. where he excels in Financial Planning and Management, Leadership and Team Management, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Risk Management and Compliance. Previously, Daniel was an Audit Manager at Sharma & Vaswani Associates, in this role, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by Develop and execute audit plans, Identify and assess organizational risks, Lead and manage audit teams, Prepare and present audit reports. In addition to his professional certifications, Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA, First Class) from the Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics. Rugema John
He is a highly skilled GIS (Geographic Information Systems) professional with over ten years of experience across various geospatial domains, including remote sensing, photogrammetry, image processing, web-based GIS applications and development, land use planning, and environmental management. He possesses a strong academic background and a proven track record in GIS and remote sensing applications, land use planning, land surveying, and geospatial mapping. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple positions in GIS, land use planning, and land surveying—both nationally and internationally. Most recently, he served as a GIS Technician for MONUSCO in Bunia, DRC. Prior to that, he was the Chief Technical Officer at GEOSURVE and Engineering Works Ltd, and earlier worked as a GIS Specialist at Charis-UAS (Charis Unmanned Aerial Solutions) and the National Land Authority (formerly Rwanda Natural Resources Authority). He has also participated in numerous surveys and baseline studies, strengthening his teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.
